<!-- EVERY DOCUMENT THE SITE HAS, not an abbreviation of it. apps/api/src/routes/static.ts serves
the shell at named paths and has no SPA fallback; everything else the app addresses is a URL
fragment, which is never sent to a server. An entry here means a route there, and the pages are
`SITE_PAGES` in apps/web/src/lib/site.ts — apps/web/test/site.test.ts holds this file to them.

⚠️ SERVED IS NOT THE SAME AS LISTED, WHICH IS WHY `/welcome` IS ABSENT. That path exists so a
signed-in reader can reach the landing page at all — at `/` the shell draws the app for them —
so it is the SAME DOCUMENT as `/` rather than another one, and listing it would be asking a
crawler to index the home page twice under its own canonical.

Listing these does not make them separately indexable: index.html carries one canonical for the
whole site, so a crawler is expected to report the others as duplicates of `/`. That is the
accepted trade and has been since `/privacy` was listed; the point of the file is that the
pages are found at all, and each is linked from the footer besides.

No <lastmod>: nothing generates this file, so a date in it would be a hand-maintained claim
that goes stale the first time the page changes and nothing anywhere would catch it. -->
